EV Training
A refresher on how to EV train in each gen in case you haven't done it for a while.
Gen 5
Switch train unless your pokemon is strong enough.

Gen 6
Use sweet scent to trigger horde battles. Use strong multi-target attacker, with a single target move for the times you want to get just a few extra EVs.

Omrga Ruby & Alpha Sapphire
Gen 7
False swipe until the pokemon calls for help, KO the pokemon that arrives, repeat. When you're done, flee.
XP share gives every pokemon in your team evs, so you can train multiple at once if you have multiple power items.
